If the product is damaged or you are not satisfied with our products you can return the product within 48 hours of delivery. You can initiate an RMA request on our website’s “My Account” section with exact reason. Then our team will respond back by sending a return confirmation mail. If the reason for return is damaged product, then to confirm the same we may request you to send 3 photographs of the product in different dimensions at email@example.com. Refund of amount depends upon the reason for returning. Once you get the confirmation mail for your return request, you can return the item by courier or speed post. Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer. Once the product is delivered back to us, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once a refund is initiated by us, typically it takes 8-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in buyer’s account.
